How do I update my card information?

If you wish to change the credit card on file or see other payment options please to do the following:

  • Log into your cam4.com account.
  • Click the small cog wheel in the top right of the screen
  • Choose My Account
  • Choose Payments & Subscriptions in the left hand menu
  • Turn “Enable One-Step Checkouts For Easier Purchases” to off

This will require you to enter your payment information each time you make a purchase.

You can re-enable the one-click option by following the above steps and turning “Enable One-Step Checkouts For Easier Purchases” to on.

Billing Support

Contact the payment processor you used when purchasing your Gold membership by visiting their support link. Your transaction ID can be found on your bank/credit card statement. You can also contact the payment processor via email or by phone.

Can I buy a gold membership with tokens?

You can purchase a gold membership with tokens as long as you have 125 tokens available in your account.

Performers – You will need to complete the following steps (Your account must be Cam4bucks approved to make this request):

1. Log into your Cam4bucks.com account and convert your earnings to tokens under the Payment Method tab (you will need 125 tokens).

2. Log into your Cam4.com account and click on the UPGRADE TO GOLD in the black box. When the purchase screen appears you should see the “Cam4 Tokens Card”.

If you cannot see the “Cam4 Token” card to make the purchase this means you have one-click enabled in your profile.

  •  Log into your CAM4.com account.
  • Click the small cogwheel, upper right of your screen.
  • Click Payment and Subscriptions in the left hand menu.
  • Turn the switch next to Enable One-Step Checkouts For Easier Purchases to the off position

You should now be able to click on the UPGRADE TO GOLD and see the card.

NOTE: You will need to make sure you maintain a minimum of 125 tokens in your account each month to continue renewing the membership.

How can I remove my credit card information?

If you wish to remove the credit card information stored you need to do the following:

  • Log into your cam4.com account.
  • Click the small cog wheel in the top right of the screen
  • Choose My Account
  • Choose Payments & Subscriptions in the left hand menu
  • Turn “Enable One-Step Checkouts For Easier Purchases” to off

This will require you to enter your payment information each time you make a purchase.

Why has my credit card been declined?

Sometimes an order may not go through because your credit card is declined. Only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the specific reason for a declined credit card.

If you have contacted your credit card issuer or financial institution and they state there is not a problem we can only suggest that you contact the billing processor for additional information.

If your credit card information is saved and you wish to try a different credit card you will need to remove the one-click option in your profile so you can enter your new card details.

Log into your cam4.com account.
Click MY ACCOUNT in the orange bar, upper right of your screen.
Click PAYMENT OPTIONS in the left hand menu.
UNtick the box beside “enable one-click”

If you wish to keep this card information on file simply tick the box beside “enable one-click” and it will store your new card details.
