Unfortunately user names cannot be changed. If you wish to change your user name you will need to create a new account with an email address you have not used previously with Cam4.
NOTE: Gold memberships are non-transferable. If you wish a new user name you will need to contact the billing processor and cancel the existing membership. If there is still time on that membership you will not be able to purchase a new gold membership until it expires unless a different credit card is used.
If you’ve forgotten your CAM4 password, follow these updated steps to regain access to your account:
Navigate to CAM4.com and click the Login button.
In the login form, enter your username or the primary email address associated with your CAM4 account.
After submitting your username or email, the “Forgot password?” link will appear. Click this link to begin the password reset process.
A password reset email will be sent to the primary email address associated with your account.
Important: If you cannot remember the email address you used during registration, you will need to create a new account, as Customer Service cannot provide this information for security reasons.
To ensure you receive the password reset email, add CAM4 to your safe sender list. Emails from CAM4 may otherwise end up in your spam folder or be automatically deleted.

Click the link in the password reset email and create your new password according to the requirements shown on screen.
If you don’t receive the reset email:
If you’re still having issues: Contact CAM4 Customer Support for assistance, but note that support cannot retrieve or disclose the email address associated with your account for security reasons.
To delete your CAM4 account:
Important: The deletion of a CAM4 account is permanent. To create a new account, you will need to use an email address that is not associated with any other CAM4 account.
Your Gold membership will be automatically canceled when you delete your account. The system will notify your payment processor to stop all future billing. You do not need to contact the payment processor separately.
If you are a broadcaster, make sure you have cashed out all tokens before deleting your CAM4 account. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any remaining tokens in your account.

To change your password:

Use the Forgot login information link on the Cam4.com website login area. This will send an email containing a link to reset your password.
Note: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the password reset email. You may need to add CAM4 to your email whitelist.
