What is a Fan Club?

A Fan Club is a monthly subscription that lets you directly support your favorite performer. You’ll get exclusive access and extra perks — and help them earn more!


What do I get for joining a Fan Club?

Once you click, you’ll see a pop-up showing what you’ll get, which may include:

  • Exclusive content (photos, videos, galleries)
  • Unlimited private messages (some broadcasters may charge extra)
  • Free Spy mode access during Private Shows
  • A special chat badge to show off beside your username
  • Priority status in their inbox
  • Discounted Fan-only content prices
  • The performers appreciation for your direct support!

How much does a Fan Club cost?

Each performer sets their own price. Ranging from $1 per month,all prices are shown in USD at checkout.

You’ll see the price clearly before you subscribe. Some performers may offer bonus content or perks based on their Fan Club level.

Please note: Taxes will be added to the performer fee as applicable ( depending on your location)


How do I pay?

You can pay using your credit card (via our secure partner, Segpay). That’s the only way to subscribe to a Fan Club.

Bonus: When you pay by card, the performer gets a higher payout (80% of your payment goes directly to them!).

CAM4 will not appear on your credfit card statement to maintain your privacy


Does my subscription rebill automatically?

Yes, Fan Clubs are monthly subscriptions that rebill automatically every 30 days. You’ll be charged using the same credit card unless you cancel.


Will I be notified before I’m charged?

You won’t receive a reminder email before rebilling, but you can check your active subscriptions and billing dates anytime by going to:

My Account > Payments & Subscriptions > Fan Clubs


What happens if the performer changes their price?

If a performer increases or decreases their Fan Club price:

  • Your next monthly charge will be at your current subscription price. After that, you’ll be charged the new price.
  • If you cancel and resubscribe later, you’ll be charged the new price.
  • You’ll receive an inbox message if your price is ever affected by a change.

What happens if the performer deletes their account

In the event of a performer deleting their account your subscription will be canceled


How do I cancel my Fan Club subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account:

My Account > Payments & Subscriptions > Fan Clubs > Cancel

Your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.


What happens if my card fails or expires?

If a payment fails, you’ll be prompted the next time you visit the site to update your payment method. Easy as pie — no need to contact support.


Is my payment information safe?

Yes.Segpay, a trusted and secure billing provider, processes all payments. CAM4 never sees or stores your credit card details.


Where can I view my subscriptions and charges?

Head to:

My Account > Payments & Subscriptions

You’ll see a full list of your active subscriptions and recent charges.


How can I tell if someone is part of a Fan Club?

In chat, Fan Club members will show a special blue star badge next to their username. It’s a symbol of support — and a bit of clout!

What are CAM4 Browser Notifications?

CAM4 Browser Notifications let you know when broadcasters you follow are broadcasting live, so you never miss them in action.

If one of the broadcasters you follow is broadcasting when you come online or starts broadcasting while you’re online, a notification will appear in your browser. You can click it to start watching the show easily.

How do I enable CAM4 Browser Notifications?

Browser Notifications are enabled by default. Just follow some broadcasters and you’ll be notified when they start performing!

Once you see a notification for the first time, your browser will ask if you accept desktop notifications.

Are CAM4 Browser Notifications active when I’m not on CAM4?

No, you will only receive CAM4 Browser Notifications when you have CAM4 open in a browser window and are logged in to your account.

However, if you accept desktop notifications, you will receive CAM4 Browser Notifications while surfing the web, reading emails, or using any other application on your computer, provided CAM4 is open in a browser.

Do the notifications repeat?

No. Notifications for the same broadcaster aren’t repeated, so that you won’t be spammed by unwanted messages.

How do I disable CAM4 Browser Notifications?

Disabling Browser Notifications depends on the browser you use:

Safari:

  • Click Safari in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Switch to the Websites tab within the Preferences pop-up window
  • Scroll down and open the Notifications settings menu
  • Disable the checkbox — Allow websites to ask for permission to send notifications

Chrome:

  • Open Chrome and click on the three dots in the upper-right corner
  • Select Privacy and Security on the left, and then click Site Settings
  • Scroll down to Permissions and select Notifications
  • Disable or adjust Chrome notifications in this area

Firefox:

  • Click the padlock in the address bar.
  • Click the arrow in the Site Information drop-down panel.
  • Click More information in the next panel to bring up the Page Info Window
  • Click the Permissions tab.
  • Under Send Notifications, select Block

Cam4 Bans

Site Ban

A Site Administrator will apply a site ban based on violations of our Terms and Conditions or other site policies.

For Broadcasters:

Site bans may result from:

  • Advertising alternate payment methods
  • Advertising competitor sites or other content platforms
  • Broadcasting pre-recorded videos (all performances must be live)
  • Underage individuals on camera (immediate ban)
  • Bestiality or illegal activity (immediate ban)
  • Drugs on camera or appearance of drug use (warning/immediate ban)
  • Children on camera (immediate ban)
  • Fraudulent activity (immediate ban)

For Viewers:

Site bans may result from:

  • Spamming
  • Recording/”capping” shows
  • Posting personal information
  • Requesting illegal activity
  • Scamming broadcasters

Result: Banned accounts cannot access the site.

Room Ban (Broadcaster Ban)

While you are in a broadcaster’s room, you are their guest. The broadcaster (or their assigned moderators) can remove you from their room for any reason.

Most broadcasters will ban users for:

  • Spamming
  • Abusive or threatening behavior
  • Recording/capping their shows
  • Violating room-specific rules

Result: You cannot view or participate in that specific broadcaster’s room, but you can still access other rooms on CAM4.

Live show Scheduling: How to schedule your shows

Get more viewers and manage your time better with Live Show Scheduling. Your fans can subscribe to your schedule and receive notifications before you go live. You can schedule shows up to 90 days in advance and have an unlimited number of subscribers—the perfect way to build buzz and earn more tokens!

How to Access Your Calendar

Sign in to your CAM4 account, then access your calendar through:

My Account Menu:

  1. Click on your profile icon (top right corner of the page)
  2. Select “Calendar” from the dropdown menu

Scheduling a Show

Once you’re on your calendar page:

  1. Click “Schedule Show”
  2. Fill in your show details:
  • Time Zone – You can edit your timezone in your profile settings under “Edit Profile Info”
  • Date – When your live show will take place
  • Start Time – When your live show begins
  • Duration – How long you intend the show to be
  • Description – Brief details about what the show will involve (oil show? guest appearance? special activities?)
  • Repeat Event – For regular shows, choose daily, weekly, or monthly
  • Repeat For – Choose the number of times to repeat
  1. Click “Create New Show” to save

Managing Your Schedule

From your Calendar page, you can:

  • View all scheduled broadcasts
  • Edit upcoming shows by clicking the pencil/edit icon
  • Delete shows you can no longer perform
  • Add new shows at any time

FAQ

How many shows may I schedule for one day?
You may schedule up to 5 shows per day.

Am I required to do the shows that I schedule?
We encourage you to keep your schedule up-to-date and modify upcoming shows if you’re unable to broadcast at the scheduled time. Not showing up for scheduled broadcasts may upset your fans, potentially resulting in lost subscribers and tips.

How do I edit or cancel a scheduled show?
To edit or delete a show, go to your Calendar page and click the edit icon next to the scheduled show you want to modify.

How far in advance may I schedule a live show?
You may schedule live shows up to 90 days from the current date.

How do I change my timezone?
To change your timezone, go to My Account > Edit Profile Info and select your timezone from the dropdown menu.

Can my fans subscribe to my schedule?
Yes! Fans can easily subscribe to your schedule from your CAM4 profile by clicking the Subscribe button. They’ll automatically receive notifications about your upcoming shows.

My show was recorded and uploaded

Whether you broadcast or post images online, you run the risk of someone reposting your content. If you find your CAM4 videos/images uploaded to another website, you can report them through CAM4’s DMCA takedown service and we will be pleased to try and help you get them removed.

How to Submit a DMCA Request

If you have an active CAM4 account:

  1. Go to your Broadcaster Dashboard
  2. Locate and click on the DMCA Request option
  3. Complete the form by providing the exact URL(s) where your stolen content appears
  4. Submit the form

CAM4 will contact the parties involved and work on getting your content removed. Major platforms and hosts take DMCA requests seriously, so reporting quickly means faster removal.

If you do not have an active account:

Send a list of links to each of the videos/images you wish to have removed to dmca@cam4.com.

Important Notes

Please note the following:

  • While every effort will be made to have your content removed, please be aware that not all websites will honor a DMCA Takedown request.
  • Provide the direct link to each of your videos/images that you wish to be removed, not a Google search result or just the name of the website involved.
  • All images/videos must contain a CAM4 or DMCA logo for action to be taken. The DMCA logo can be found in the top-right of the stream (on PC) or top-left for Mobile.

How do I moderate my chat room?

You have several tools available to deal with rude members in your chat. To access moderation options:

Click on the username of the viewer in the chat message OR click the 3 dots next to their name in the userlist, then select one of the following:

Moderation Options

Kick – Removes the user from the room, but they can return.

Ban – Removes the user from the room permanently.

Silence – The user may remain in the room, but they may no longer use the chat.

How do I use virtual camera software with CAM4?

If you wish to use ManyCam, OBS Virtual Camera, or other virtual camera software with CAM4, follow these steps:

Setup Steps

  1. Install your virtual camera software (ManyCam, OBS, XSplit, etc.)
  2. Start your virtual camera in the software
  3. Open the CAM4 broadcast window (at cam4.com)
  4. Select your virtual camera from the camera dropdown menu:
    • Click the camera selection dropdown in the Audio/Video Settings (top right corner of the broadcast window)
    • Choose your virtual camera from the list (e.g., “ManyCam Virtual Webcam”, “OBS Virtual Camera”, etc.)
  5. Click “Start Broadcast”

Important Notes

  • Virtual cameras only work with Regular Streaming (not External Encoder/RTMP mode)
  • You may need to restart your browser if your virtual camera doesn’t appear in the dropdown list
  • The virtual camera must be started/activated in your software before it appears as an option in CAM4
  • All virtual camera software works the same way – once installed, they appear as camera devices in the selection dropdown

  • OBS Virtual Camera (OBS Studio 26.0+)
  • XSplit VCam
  • Snap Camera
  • Any other software that creates a virtual webcam device

What do I need to use Cam4?

  • A FREE account – sign-up HERE
  • A valid email address must be used when creating your account to receive your password. You will want to keep this email address active in order to receive password reset requests, prize notifications, account information, etc.
  • An up-to-date web browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera)
  • You must have your cookies enabled in your web browser. A computer cookie is a small text file which contains a unique ID tag placed on your computer by a website to store your user preferences and settings. When you revisit the site days or weeks later, the site can recognize you by matching the cookie on your computer. If you delete your cookies a new one will be issued the next time you visit the site. (How to enable cookies).
  • Broadcasters will need a camera or webcam
  • A stable internet connection (general recommended minimum upload speed for livestreaming is 10Mbps) Please do a speed test here.
