To change your password:

1. Click on your circular profile avatar at the upper right of your screen
2. Choose My Account from the drop-down menu
3. Select the Account Settings tab and click on the Security button
4. Scroll down to Manage Password
5. Enter your current password
6. Enter your new password
7. Re-enter your new password to confirm
8. Click Change Password

Password Requirements

Your password must meet these requirements:

• Between 6 and 128 characters long
• At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
• At least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
• At least 1 number or special character (0-9 or special characters like @#$%^&*)

Forgot Your Password?

Use the Forgot login information link on the Cam4.com website login area. This will send an email containing a link to reset your password.

Tips for Choosing a Good Password

• Avoid obvious passwords – Don’t use “password”, your name, “12345”, “qwerty”, etc.
• Don’t use personal information that can be easily accessed or guessed
• Don’t use dictionary words from any language
• Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include numbers or special characters
• Make it unique – Don’t reuse passwords from other sites
