Third-Party Apps & Links Policy

To keep CAM4 safe, professional, and supportive of your growth, all interactions and payments need to happen securely on the CAM4 platform. Many third-party apps create risks such as scams, privacy issues, or redirecting fans away from CAM4. This update helps protect both performers and fans while strengthening your earning potential here on CAM4.

Which platforms am I allowed to link on my CAM4 profile?
You may only link the following social media platforms:

  • Instagram

  • Twitter (X)

  • TikTok

  • Bluesky

  • Facebook

These platforms help you promote your brand while still keeping your fanbase connected to CAM4.

Which platforms are NOT allowed?
The following types of platforms cannot be linked or mentioned on your profile, bio, or during streams:

  • Messaging apps (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal, Discord, Line, Snapchat)

  • Fan subscription & content sale sites (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly, FanCentro, LoyalFans, MYM, ManyVids, Clips4Sale, iWantClips, JustForFans)

  • Link-in-bio or link-collection tools (e.g., Linktree, Beacons, AllMyLinks)

  • Any outside payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, crypto wallets)

Outside payment links of ANY kind are not permitted.

What if I currently have one of these links on my profile?
Please remove all disallowed links before your next stream.
If disallowed links remain, your account may be suspended or permanently banned.

Can I still use those platforms privately?
Yes. You may use any apps privately.
You just cannot link, advertise, or promote them on CAM4.

What happens if I accidentally forget to remove a link?
We strongly encourage you to review your profile before streaming.
If our moderation team finds disallowed links, your account will be flagged, which may lead to suspension or removal from the platform.

Can I accept tips, payments, or donations outside of CAM4?
No. All payments must go through CAM4.
This is for your protection and to ensure safety and compliance.

How does this policy benefit me as a broadcaster?
By keeping your fan interactions on CAM4, you:

Choosing a Good User Name

Your user name will be visible to everyone visiting CAM4 so you will not want to use any personal information in the name.

Remember, you will be building a profile/brand around your name so make sure it’s something creative and fits who you are.

Also keep in mind the following:

  • User names are limited to 12 characters.
  • Do not use any personal information in your username (real name, location, etc.).
  • Do not use a password for your account that is associated with your personal accounts.
  • Do not create a user name that suggests or promotes activities prohibited by our terms of service.

Getting Started as a CAM4 Broadcaster

Getting started with CAM4 is quick, free, and easy! Follow these four steps to create your broadcasting account and start earning.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Start broadcasting in minutes:

  1. Go to CAM4.com
  2. Click the “Create Free Account” button
  3. Choose a username that fits your personality
  4. Create a strong password unique to CAM4
  5. Enter your email address

Important Privacy Tips:

  • Use an email address with no personal information
  • Recommended: Create a dedicated email account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) using your CAM4 username to keep your account separate from personal email
  • Never reuse passwords from other sites

Step 2: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from CAM4
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. You’ll see a confirmation message – your account is now verified!

Step 3: Complete Your Profile Setup

After verification, you’ll be guided through the Profile Completion Wizard, which helps you set up everything you need to start broadcasting successfully.

How to Access the Profile Completion Wizard:

  • Automatic: Opens automatically after email verification for new accounts
  • Manual: Navigate to Broadcaster Dashboard → Profile Completion Wizard

What You’ll Complete:

  • ✅ Upload ID verification documents
  • ✅ Add a profile photo
  • ✅ Write your bio
  • ✅ Create your tip menu
  • ✅ Choose your niches/categories
  • ✅ Set up your payment method

Optional Extras:

  • Add gallery photos/videos
  • Customize your profile banner
  • Set privacy preferences (block countries/states/provinces)
  • Configure additional settings

Navigation Path:

  • Click your profile avatar (top right corner)
  • Select “My Account” from the dropdown menu
  • Click “Broadcaster Dashboard” in the left menu (under Broadcaster Tools)
  • Access various settings and management options

Step 4: Start Broadcasting!

Once your profile is set up, you’re ready to go live!

Key Things to Know:

Flexibility:

  • No schedules required
  • No minimum hours
  • You decide when to broadcast and what to do

Earnings:

  • Each token = $0.10 USD
  • 100 tokens = $10.00
  • Minimum payout: $50.00

Payment Setup:

  • Navigate to Broadcaster Dashboard → Manage Documentation
  • Upload required verification documents
  • Choose your preferred payment method
  • View earnings and payment history

Cam4 Bans

Site Ban

A Site Administrator will apply a site ban based on violations of our Terms and Conditions or other site policies.

For Broadcasters:

Site bans may result from:

  • Advertising alternate payment methods
  • Advertising competitor sites or other content platforms
  • Broadcasting pre-recorded videos (all performances must be live)
  • Underage individuals on camera (immediate ban)
  • Bestiality or illegal activity (immediate ban)
  • Drugs on camera or appearance of drug use (warning/immediate ban)
  • Children on camera (immediate ban)
  • Fraudulent activity (immediate ban)

For Viewers:

Site bans may result from:

  • Spamming
  • Recording/”capping” shows
  • Posting personal information
  • Requesting illegal activity
  • Scamming broadcasters

Result: Banned accounts cannot access the site.

Room Ban (Broadcaster Ban)

While you are in a broadcaster’s room, you are their guest. The broadcaster (or their assigned moderators) can remove you from their room for any reason.

Most broadcasters will ban users for:

  • Spamming
  • Abusive or threatening behavior
  • Recording/capping their shows
  • Violating room-specific rules

Result: You cannot view or participate in that specific broadcaster’s room, but you can still access other rooms on CAM4.

What do I need to use Cam4?

  • A FREE account – sign-up HERE
  • A valid email address must be used when creating your account to receive your password. You will want to keep this email address active in order to receive password reset requests, prize notifications, account information, etc.
  • An up-to-date web browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera)
  • You must have your cookies enabled in your web browser. A computer cookie is a small text file which contains a unique ID tag placed on your computer by a website to store your user preferences and settings. When you revisit the site days or weeks later, the site can recognize you by matching the cookie on your computer. If you delete your cookies a new one will be issued the next time you visit the site. (How to enable cookies).
  • Broadcasters will need a camera or webcam
