1. What is the Gold Series?

The Gold Series is an exclusive daily performance for Gold Members only, hosted by the communities favorite performers!

2. Is the Gold Series host always female? Always male?

No, there is no gender theme for the Gold Series, You will see Male, Female and Transgender scheduled

3. How do I find out when the Gold Series show is?

Shows will be advertised on the blog, twitter and in the cam4 header

4. How do I enter the Gold Series?
The show is for Gold Members only! Gold members will see the room and password for the Gold show on the header at the top of CAM4 while the show is being broadcast.

Gold Star FAQ

1. What is the Gold Star Gift?
The Gold Star is an exclusive CAM4 Gift available only to Gold Members.

2. How many Gold Stars can I send?
Gold Members receive one new Gold Star gift every month. Choose who you want to send it to wisely!

3. Who can Gold Stars be sent to?
You can send your Gold Star to any member on CAM4 – to stand out, get noticed, or just to stay hello!

4. When do I get my new Gold Star?
You’ll receive a new Gold Star to send on the 1st of every month.

5. Do unsent Gold Star gifts carry over to the next month?
No, you can only have one Gold Star gift at a time. Make sure to send it before the end of the month.

How do I update my card information?

If you wish to change the credit card on file or see other payment options please to do the following:

Log into your cam4.com account.
Click MY ACCOUNT in the orange bar, upper right of your screen.
Click PAYMENT OPTIONS in the left hand menu.
UNtick the box beside “enable one-click”

This will require you to enter your payment information each time you make a purchase.

You can re-enable the one-click option by following the above steps and checking the box “enable one-click”.

Billing Support

Contact the payment processor you used when purchasing your Gold membership by visiting their support link. Your transaction ID can be found on your bank/credit card statement. You can also contact the payment processor via email or by phone.

Can I buy a gold membership with tokens?

You can purchase a gold membership with tokens as long as you have 125 tokens available in your account.

Performers – You will need to complete the following steps (Your account must be Cam4bucks approved to make this request):

1. Log into your Cam4bucks.com account and convert your earnings to tokens under the Payment Method tab (you will need 125 tokens).

2. Log into your Cam4.com account and click on the UPGRADE TO GOLD in the black box. When the purchase screen appears you should see the “Cam4 Tokens Card”.

If you cannot see the “Cam4 Token” card to make the purchase this means you have one-click enabled in your profile.

1. Log into your cam4.com account.
2. Click MY ACCOUNT in the orange bar, upper right of your screen.
3. Click PAYMENT OPTIONS in the left hand menu.
4. UNtick the box beside “enable one-click”

You should now be able to click on the UPGRADE TO GOLD and see the card.

NOTE: You will need to make sure you maintain a minimum of 125 tokens in your account each month to continue renewing the membership.

How can I remove my credit card information?

If you wish to remove the credit card information stored you need to do the following:

Log into your cam4.com account.
Click MY ACCOUNT in the orange bar, upper right of your screen.
Click PAYMENT OPTIONS in the left hand menu.
UNtick the box beside “enable one-click”

This will require you to enter your payment information each time you make a purchase.

You can re-enable the one-click option by following the above steps and checking the box “enable one-click”.

Can I purchase a Gold membership using PayPal?

Yes, it is possible to purchase a Gold membership using PayPal in the following countries

Why has my credit card been declined?

Sometimes an order may not go through because your credit card is declined. Only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the specific reason for a declined credit card.

If you have contacted your credit card issuer or financial institution and they state there is not a problem we can only suggest that you contact the billing processor for additional information.

If your credit card information is saved and you wish to try a different credit card you will need to remove the one-click option in your profile so you can enter your new card details.

Click PAYMENT OPTIONS in the left hand menu.
UNtick the box beside “enable one-click”

If you wish to keep this card information on file simply tick the box beside “enable one-click” and it will store your new card details.
